All of Mommys Toy Shop's locally delivered packages will be in plain, unmarked sealed bags.

Orders fulfilled by Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, etc. will be packaged in plain unmarked boxes or mailers bearing the following abbreviation as the shipper:

Our product policy is designed with customer satisfaction and safety in mind. We are unable to accept returns of products once they have been used. However, if a toy is damaged and remains in its original packaging, it is eligible for a refund or exchange at our store. We encourage customers to thoroughly test each product before completing their purchase to ensure it meets their expectations. Additionally, our team is always ready to assist you with any concerns related to the manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that returns cannot be processed by our delivery couriers. Should you need an exchange, we kindly ask that you visit our store located at 5975-103a Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Our staff is available to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 12 PM and 8 PM.
It is important to understand that motors, whether in vehicles or toys, generate heat during operation. The amount of heat increases with the duration of use. Most items are accompanied by instructions detailing the recommended usage time to prevent malfunction or overheating. Typically, the safe operational period is between 20 and 30 minutes.

For orders in the city limits of Edmonton, delivery is $5.00 for our 1 hour delivery option.
Canada Wide shipping is flat rate $10
Address Accuracy: It is essential that the address provided for delivery is accurate. Any order that requires redirection due to an incorrect address will incur a redelivery fee of $15.
