For orders placed in Edmonton, Alberta, we offer an expedited delivery service. Orders placed for the South Edmonton and Central Edmonton area before 2 AM MST will be delivered within one hour of placement. We schedule deliveries in 15-minute increments. As an example, an order placed at 10:50 AM will be delivered by 12:00 PM.
Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of your address for Cash or Debit on Delivery (COD) orders. Incomplete addresses, such as those missing a suite number, will require verification by our customer service team, potentially necessitating payment via e-transfer or in advance.
For shipments across Canada, anticipate a handling period of 1-2 business days before your items commence the shipping process. Depending on your location, the delivery window post-shipment ranges from 2 to 8 business days.

However, if a toy is damaged and remains in its original packaging, it is eligible for a refund or exchange at our store. Additionally, our team is always ready to assist you with any concerns related to the manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that returns cannot be processed by our delivery couriers. Should you need an exchange, we kindly ask that you visit our store located at 5975-103a Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Our staff is available to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 12 PM and 8 PM.
