Want to pickup while driving around?

No problem, simply choose the pickup option on the Checkout page as your delivery preference.  We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.

You will require ID (if prepaid) and your order confirmation or order number.

💸 Small Order Delivery Fees (Under 35)

Yes, orders under $35 are welcome in Edmonton and select surrounding areas.
For smaller orders, delivery fees may be higher to help cover driver time, distance and local delivery costs.
Orders $35+ qualify for our regular delivery rates.

How Discreet is your packaging?

All of Mommys Toy Shop's locally delivered packages will be in plain, unmarked sealed bags.
Packages will be sealed.

Orders fulfilled by Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, etc. will be packaged in plain unmarked boxes or mailers bearing the following abbreviation as the shipper:

How fast is delivery and shipping?

We specialize in fast, same day delivery.
Most Edmonton orders are delivered within 1.5 hours when placed during active delivery hours. We schedule deliveries in short windows so you are not left waiting all night.
If you need it tonight, we are built for that.

If my item does not work can I get a refund or return the product?

Accepted Answer

Our product policy is designed with customer satisfaction and safety in mind. We are unable to accept returns of products once they have been used. However, if a toy is damaged and remains in its original packaging, it is eligible for a refund or exchange at our store. We encourage customers to thoroughly test each product before completing their purchase to ensure it meets their expectations. Additionally, our team is always ready to assist you with any concerns related to the manufacturer's warranty.

Please note that returns cannot be processed by our delivery couriers. Should you need an exchange, we kindly ask that you visit our store located at 5975-103a Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Our staff is available to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 12 PM and 8 PM.

It is important to understand that motors, whether in vehicles or toys, generate heat during operation. The amount of heat increases with the duration of use. Most items are accompanied by instructions detailing the recommended usage time to prevent malfunction or overheating. Typically, the safe operational period is between 20 and 30 minutes.

Can I Make Special Requests For Delivery?

When you order from us, we protect your privacy and discretion.  Please communicate any special delivery instructions with our customer service representatives or drivers.
An example would be: 
Call me when you arrive and I will go to the driver's car. Don't ring the doorbell."
As well as asking
"Please leave on the side of the garage and text when it is there"
 
It's no problem!
 
It is our policy not to ring doorbells or knock at your door unless we are unable to reach you by phone or email.

How do I tell the driver where to leave my order?

We make delivery as easy and discreet as you want it to be. At checkout, you’ll see a section labeled “Leave a Delivery Note” — that’s your space to tell us exactly how you’d like your goodies dropped off.

You can include:

🚪 “Please leave it at the front door”
🚗 “I’ll come grab it from the car”
🏢 Buzzer codes, apartment instructions, gate codes, etc.
🧟‍♀️ Or even “Don’t ring the bell — baby is sleeping!”

No judgment, no awkwardness — just safe, fast, discreet delivery your way.

💬 Not sure what to write? A simple “door drop” or “driver car pickup” is perfect.

What if my address is incomplete?

Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Orders missing key details (such as apartment or suite numbers) may be delayed while we contact you for confirmation. In some cases, advance payment may be required before delivery proceeds.

Do you deliver late at night?

Yes.
Late-night delivery is one of our specialties. Availability depends on the time and delivery volume, but if checkout allows delivery, we are actively delivering.

Can I cancel my order?
