1. Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached and unopened.

2. Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, please present the original receipt along with the item at our store within the eligible timeframe.

• Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as intimate apparel and personal care products, are non-exchangeable unless they are defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be provided for eligible items.

6. Gift Exchanges:

• Items received as gifts can be exchanged within the specified timeframe. The original purchaser must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Store Discretion:

• Mommys Toy Shop reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the exchange request is not within the specified timeframe.​

8. Exchange, refund or return via delivery driver.​

• All exchanges and/or returns must be processed at the store.  Our drivers are not permitted or expected to handle returns or exchanges.
