Is it weird to walk into a sex shop?
Short answer: no. Longer answer: it might feel that way in your head right up until you're actually inside, and then it usually just isn't.
We see first-timers from all over Edmonton every single day. Nervous couples, curious solo shoppers, people who've never said the word "vibrator" out loud in their life. That's not the exception here, that's most of our customers.

You come in through a normal storefront, like any other shop.
You get a quick, friendly welcome, then you're free to look around on your own.
Browse at your own pace. No clock, no hovering, no expectation.
Questions? Ask. If you don't, nobody will ask you any either.
Pay at the counter, same as anywhere. Cash, debit, credit, or Afterpay.
You leave with a bag that looks like a bag. Nothing announces where you've been in Edmonton.

The questions everyone's too nervous to ask out loud.
Do I have to know what I'm looking for before I come in?
No. Most first-time customers don't. Come in with questions, or come in with none. Either is completely normal.
Will someone ask why I'm here or what I'm buying?
No. You're free to browse and shop without explaining anything to anyone.
Can I come with a partner, or does it have to be alone?
Either. We get plenty of couples in together and plenty of people who prefer to browse solo.
Is there anywhere private to shop, or is it all open floor?
Our shop floor is open. If you'd rather browse without other customers around, you can book a private visit ahead of time.
Will staff hover over me the whole time?
No. You'll get a quick, friendly hello, then you're free to look around at your own pace. Ask if you want help, otherwise you'll be left to browse in peace.
Is delivery actually discreet, or does the box give it away?
Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging, and delivery vehicles are unmarked as well. Nothing about the outside gives away what's inside.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm, in-store. Online ordering and delivery are available beyond those hours.
