The Bathmate HydroMax5 is a compact water-powered penis pump designed for users measuring roughly 3–5 inches when erect.
Instead of using air pressure, the HydroMax5 uses warm water to create a more evenly distributed vacuum around the penis. The clear chamber lets you monitor positioning during use, while the redesigned bellows base helps generate controlled suction by pressing the pump toward the body.
Its smaller chamber makes it a better fit for users who find larger pumps difficult to seal or oversized.
