Installation
You can mount the eyelet bolt in a solid wooden doorway frame or directly into a strong ceiling beam. Both options create a secure anchor point.
Doorway installation
Mark the center of a wooden doorframe. Tap the sharp eyelet bolt into the wood with a hammer, then twist until the threads disappear. Drilling a 5/16 pilot hole first makes the install easier and cleaner.
Ceiling installation
Use a stud finder to locate a solid beam. Mark the center and install the eyelet bolt the same way. Allow enough room around you to move freely.
Safety note
Once the eyelet bolt is installed, do not remove it. Reinstalling weakens the wood and compromises the hold.
Hanging the Swing
Under 200 lb, use the included torsion spring for smooth movement.
Over 200 lb, assemble without the spring for maximum stability.
When playing with a partner, only the suspended partner counts toward the weight load.
Avoid placing hands near the spring during use. All supports, pads, stirrups, and height adjustments can be customized so you can move between positions without effort.
Suggested weight limit: up to 350 lb. Use at your own risk.
