Fully assembled out of the package, the fixed length Spreader Bar put a distance of 14 inches (36cm) between the classic metal cuffs at either end. Slip wrists or ankles through the cuffs and slide to close tight. A set of keys is included, but there's a quick-off safety latch just in case. Clip another favorite pair to the connector D-rings at each end for more possibilities. Cuffs fit most.
