Service Description
This booking gives you access to our sex shop for one hour, closed to the public and reserved exclusively for your session. The space remains exactly as it is during normal operation, offering a real, sex-positive environment with curated displays, and natural retail lighting. The booking is for space access only. You are welcome to bring your own photographer, equipment, and creative direction. No photography is taken by us unless a photography session with our photographer is booked separately. This option is ideal for creators, couples, and photographers who want an authentic setting, full privacy, and clear boundaries. Nothing is staged, nothing is expected, and you control how the space is used within respectful, agreed-upon limits. All space bookings are by appointment only. The shop is closed during your session to ensure comfort, discretion, and uninterrupted time.
Cancellation Policy
Photography Service Booking Policy for Velvet Aura Photography at Mommys Toy Shop Booking Process All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations & Rescheduling Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative dates or issue a full refund. Arrival & Late Policy Clients are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session to allow for preparation. Sessions will start and end promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may result in a cancellation. Conduct & Prohibited Behavior We maintain a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group that violates our shop’s policies or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable working environment. Image Ownership & Usage Velvet Aura Photography retains copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. Clients will receive high-resolution digital copies of the final edited images. Usage of these images is limited to personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes. Model Release Form All clients must sign a model release form granting us the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer to keep your images private, please inform us in writing at the time of booking. Damage to Equipment Any intentional damage to photography equipment during the session will result in the client being held liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement. Liability Velvet Aura Photography and Mommys Toy Shop are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the photography session. By booking, clients acknowledge they are participating at their own risk.
