Cancellation Policy
After-Hours Visit Policy for Mommys Toy Shop Booking Process All after-hours visits must be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance via our website booking form or via customer service phone or Cancellations & Rescheduling If we need to cancel or reschedule your visit due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative times or refund the booking fee. Arrival & Late Policy Clients must arrive at the specified time for their scheduled after-hours visit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to cancel the visit. Conduct & Prohibited Behavior Mommys Toy Shop provides a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the visit without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse after-hours access to any individual or group that violates store policies or creates an uncomfortable or unsafe atmosphere. Purchases & Payments All purchases made during the after-hours visit must be paid in full at the end of the visit. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit, or debit cards. Payment must be completed before leaving the store. Liability & Security Mommys Toy Shop is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during after-hours visits. Customers are participating at their own risk. Any intentional damage to store property or theft during the visit will result in legal action, and the customer will be held financially responsible. Privacy & Discretion We prioritize customer privacy and discretion during after-hours visits. No photos or recordings are permitted inside the shop unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
