Terms of Use & Conditions – Spice Vault Listings

By applying to list your products through the Spice Vault at Mommys Toy Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Listing Approval & Compliance

  • All product listings are subject to final approval by Mommys Toy Shop to ensure they meet our safety, quality, and brand standards.

  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any product that does not align with our store policies, customer expectations, or legal requirements.

  • Products must be new, unused, and meet hygiene and safety regulations where applicable.

2. Sales, Payouts & Order Handling

Vault Key (Paid Slot – Online & In-Store Sales)

  • Sellers pay $25-$200/month for priority placement.

  • Sellers receive 85% payout on completed sales (after payment processing fees).

  • Products are available for purchase both in-store and online at MommysToyShop.com.

  • Mommys Toy Shop manages checkout and transactions; sellers do not handle payments directly.

Vault Whisper (Free Listing – In-Store Sales Only)

  • No upfront cost to list, but products are only available in-store (no online listing).

  • Sellers receive 80% payout on completed in-store sales (after processing fees).

  • Placement in-store is based on availability, with no priority positioning.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Local Edmonton Delivery:

    • Mommys Toy Shop offers 24-hour 1-hour delivery in Edmonton for a customer charge.

    • Products listed under Vault Key are eligible for local delivery.

  • Out-of-Town Orders:

    • Items will only be shipped if included in a larger order that qualifies for shipping.

    • Otherwise, sellers are responsible for handling out-of-town shipping themselves.

4. Inventory & Stock Availability

  • Vault Whisper sellers (free listing) must ensure accurate stock levels and remove any unavailable products from the shop.

  • Mommys Toy Shop is not responsible for inventory shortages, delays, or misrepresentation of seller-managed stock.

  • Sellers may request to update or remove their products at any time.

5. Right to Remove Listings

Mommys Toy Shop reserves the right to remove or discontinue listings at any time if:

  • A product no longer meets our standards.

  • The seller fails to maintain stock accuracy or product availability.

  • A product receives customer complaints, safety concerns, or legal issues.

  • The seller discontinues the item without notice.

6. Liability & Store Policies

  • Mommys Toy Shop is not liable for defects, damages, or issues with third-party products sold through the Spice Vault.

  • Sellers must adhere to Canadian regulations regarding adult products, safety, and packaging.

  • Mommys Toy Shop does not guarantee specific sales numbers or promotional outcomes.
